Customer Service Manager

Large International Manufacturing Corporation needs your expertise as soon as possible! Would like applicants to have previous experience managing a team of Customer Service professionals in a fast paced environment, but will consider any similar business degree or working knowledge.

CSM will supervise employee work schedules, resolve customer and departmental issues, enter orders into M3 ERP system and take customer calls. CSM will also be the liaison between Customer Service Representatives and other internal departments such as order fulfillment, credit processing and inventory management.
