This is a Patient Services/Customer Service opening in the security of the Medical field!
If you have worked as a Medical Secretary, Medical Front Desk or a Medical Biller you are qualified!
Will be on the phones fielding questions 80-90% of your day. A customer service type personality is needed to go over coverage options with patients, explain deductibles, and answer or document discrepancies.
SPANISH BILINGUAL WILL EARN MORE $$$$$$
This position does NOT make collection calls! There is another department that handles collections for the office.
